What a wonderful experience we had at Cannon! From the moment we walked in the door until we left with our new car, we could feel the caring attitude and professionalism of everyone there.nnJessica Kent was amazing in helping us locate the exact car with all the features we wanted. She was without a doubt the most friendly, professional and knowledgeable car sales person we’ve ever dealt with.nnTroy Drummond in Finance was equally friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He made our purchase simple.nnWe toured the service department and were impressed with everything they offer. I would highly recommend Cannon Cadillac. The entire organization is a cut above other dealers.

Excellent customer care. One lady actually called my insurance provide to get the coverage card emailed to her (with my permission) - just to get a loaner-which I greatly appreciate. They also swept my car- all for an oil change!! Great job-Kudos!!!

Took my son's Buick into Cannon for the first time last week. We purchased a new Eclipse from Cannon about 12yrs ago and had not been back there until the day I took my son's car in. It is a 1997 Buick Skylark that I purchased from an older lady who originally bought the car from Cannon in 1997.nnI was surprised at the amount that they charge for the work they do. It is absolutely WAY OVERPRICED. To do some light electrical, brakes, drivers mirror and water pump replacement I received an estimate of over $3,000!! I couldn't believe it!!nnIn the end, I let Cannon do the work on the electrical which cost over $1,000 by itself but gave the rest of the work to my regular mechanic who did everything else for under another $1,000.nnCraig at the desk was outstanding and certainly a pleasure to work with and they DID provide a new Forester for me to drive for the 48hrs they were working on the Buick. Craig and the loaner car were the reason this wasn't a 2 star review...nnThe work was done well and the items fixed work flawlessly but I will never take a car to Cannon to have work done again. It's literally Highway robbery. I was so turned off by the price that I probably will look to another dealership if I ever wish to purchase a new Cadillac, Buick or Subaru because I know now that the markup must be significant on a purchase if the REPAIRS are so pricey.

I am always completely satisfied when I have any dealings with Cannon Cadillac. Took car in for some repairs under warrantee. Was provided a great loaner. Was kept informed throughout the entire process. Car fixed correctly first time. No complaints and wouldn't change anything. And my car came back sparkling clean. I would highly recommend Cannon Cadillac in Lakeland!
