Technician arrived shortly after calling for service. Mike was professional and personable. Called to let us know he was on his way. Was going to repair lock until he found it wasn't repairable. Showed the bad part and explained why it couldn't be repaired. Had new part in truck. Installed and gone in less than 1/2 an hour. Prices seemed reasonable and customary.

I spoke with Ursula to schedule just this morning. She had someone out to our office within an hour and our front door issue was remediated. The tech that came was polite, helpful, explained the issue as well as what he fixed and did so quickly. We will definitely use their services again.

I lost my Ford Smart Prox Entry Remote Fob key cover on a camping trip. The Ford dealership quoted me $400+ for a replacement! Instead, I bought a Ford fob key replacement online and the site recommended Affordable Lock & Security Solutions to program the cover and laser cut the key. Jason at ALSS cut and programmed the key. The total cost for the replacement was about $150! Thank you Jason for your help! I highly recommend ALSS!

Randy Cole was on time and took care of my lock repair and explaining all the options I had. He was informative and helpful and liked my Yorkie to boot! :-) Also, the office staff (Bobbie and Heather) were helpful, informative of costs and timing and communicated well. Their rates are also reasonable. I will definitely use them as my regular locksmith!
