Are two weeks of explaining and they affirmed that they do this service of installing a lock for a sliding door. The technician showed up hour and half late to say that he doesn't do this service. He is the same technician I exchanged the pictures with for two weeks. The technician became violent and abusive. I called the police on him the manager didn't return my phone call. A handy man was able to get the job done in less than an hour. The police suggested to arrest him. As unprofessional as it could be. Amazingly instead of calling to apologize for sending a criminal technician they try to say it is a different company. Unbelievable.
