Danielle is the only person I will let braid my hair. She is polite, professional, and great at what she does. She is not heavy handed but the braids are always tight!! Thank you Danielle & I’ll see you at the end of July!

Daneille was easy to communicate with, punctual, and provided quality service. A little pricier than other braiders but I would recommend her to others

Danielle offered a superb experience from booking the appointment until leaving with desired style for my 9 year old cousin. I was able to book her last minute appointment and pay the deposit using styleseat. She was able to fit us during her busy back to school time. Her salon is nice and welcoming for clients of all ages. She's an experienced and licensed braider; we'll definitely be back!

Poor business practices and extremely rude and unprofessional. This vendor was referred by a friend. Had initial consultation with the stylist and I was totally impressed with her and her shop. On the day of my appointment she was 1/2 late and once in it took her another 30 to get started. Weeks later I scheduled an appointment for a touch up and was told that since it was back to school time she was only taking school aged children even though I was able to make it the appointment. She agreed to accept my schedule appointment. Unfortunately I was running 15 behind. The stylist gave me an attitude when I arrived. During this visit we discussed my follow up appointment which I had scheduled online at the same time as this appointment. The stylist mentioned that there was a possibility that her children may have obligations on Saturdays but she would get back to me. She never got back to me in the time that she specified so I reached out to her. No answer. A week before my appt. she texted me to say she was having phone issues and was not receiving messages. She said that she would not be able to honor my appointment and asked if I could come in on Thursday or Friday. I work full time, Monday-Friday but I told her that I could try to leave an hour early on Thursday. Two days later she got back to me and said that she could not do Thursday and asked if I could do Friday and get there earlier. And asked me to be considerate of HER time outside of the salon. She expected me to leave my job 3 hours early to accommodate her child care schedule. I cancelled my appointment because she was not considerate of my time. Low and behold today I get an text confirmation for my initial Saturday appointment followed by a text from the stylist telling me that I never cancelled the Saturday appointment online so I could get charged. This was the appointment that she could not honor. I called the stylist to ask and she said it was my responsibility to cancel the appointment online. We went back and forth and she ended up hanging up on me. Not classy and not at all professional. I will be contracting my bank to dispute any charges incurred by this fiasco.
