As a yoga instructor, I often struggle to find a local studio and instructor who inspire, motivate and educate me. I am so grateful that I have found that in Sharon and Blue Lotus. Every class is a true experience-physically, mentally, and spiritually. I always leave with a bit more peace, gratitude and joy. My days just seem to flow a bit easier on the mornings I’m able to attend. Sharon truly has a gift and has created a space that is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend for yoga classes or private lessons at ANY level... I've been doing yoga for 9 years and while I appreciate everyone that has helped me on my ongoing journey, Sharon Denton is definitely one of my favorite instructors that I've had the pleasure of taking classes with. She is extremely warm hearted, really knows what she's doing, and can help you on your journey! I'm so thankful that I found her :) Oh, and the Yoga Room at Blue Lotus is an incredibly tranquil space, you will be overcome with positive energy.
