What's not to like about Starbucks
This location has gone to the birds. Customer service no longer exists - today they are out of everything and the barista is annoyed with the customer. Wow. Starbucks use to be reliable and incredible customer service that made the experience worth the price. The coffee alone - especially when it isn’t even the coffee you went there for - not worth the price.
It's a Starbucks
I usually love this location. The girls are amazing. But this past week has been terrible. They have been out of everything. Not sure how you can be a Starbucks and be out of so much for almost an entire week. Poor planning on the manager's part, I suppose. I'm very disappointed.
Personally I don't drink Starbucks coffees because they're too fancy for a guy who has always loved the taste of strong black coffee. Not to say their black coffee isn't great, but I like my home brewed stuff. The real reason I come to Starbucks is to treat my wife to her favorite brew, a Venti Breve Latte at 120°, which immediately puts her in a higher state of consciousness and always brightens her outlook on life in general and me in particular.
