Good Atention to end customer. Special discount. Storage rated by my experience on other 5 storages into Clearwater and Tarpon Springs with: 5 stars. High security. Not humidity. Not insects. Not pollutions. Not moho. All is clean. May be is more clean than a hospital. The GM give oportunites to end customer and ear the persons. The GM is the side human into the business. This lost value into America did create on the end customer trust and respet by it company for not fail with the payment. I recommend for always this true and good american company. Sincerely. Very clean and the manager was extremely knowledgeable and was a tremendous help !
Although the storage facility is new and clean and well priced.....there is No after hours contact info for emergencies posted anywhere in the facility, nor on the website.nThe lock on our unit would not open with the keys they provided. We were trying to get our belongings on a Saturday around 6 p.m. and could not open our unit.nNo response to our email for assistance and the telephone was answered by a answering machine.nI feel this is poor and very inadequate customer service.nWe had rented a truck etc. for the task and incurred extra cost because of their lack of emergency assistance.nA nightmare.....
The storage facility is extremely clean and the manager seems like he is an extremely squared away individual. Overall the best storage facility that ive ever seen, highly recommend storing your personal belongings here!
This facility is well lit, clean, easily accessible, and the climate control (A/C) is very cool in the summer time. Not to mention, the prices simply cannot be beat! Lastly, Erik the manager is what makes this place shine. He is very friendly, accommodating, and the storage facility is well maintained/secure due to his efforts. Highly recommended, speak with Erik!!!
