I made an appointment online for 4pm, it was cancelled without any phone call as to why. I then called to find out why and no one answered the phone. I will take my business to sports clips.
Went in and Lance did an amazing job doing the exact cut I wanted! Definitely going back to him!
Have been going here for years! Had many stylist, but had Lance again today thankfully!! I had a TERRIBLE anxiety attack before/during/after my appointment. I have been doing my own hair since shut down but don't have thinning shears...so tried to brave the elements. Lance has always been amazing with me, but this went above and beyond given today's issues. I called a couple minutes before to let him know what was going on. I made it inside in time and he (honestly like he always has) made me feel right at home. Thankfully there were only two clients and two stylists in the building. So so grateful for Lance and natalie who took my call!!
Natalie does a great job for me as well as my kids! Lance and Renee are nice too
They are taking mask and sanitizing precautions. They will make appointments online as well. Lance is very good.
