called for an emergency service. Was told tech would call me tech calls me, confirms he has correct key, sends me photo of the correct key and quotes me price. I mention the discount coupon on the web page, he says they will call me back to confirm price. Hour later I call to see what had happened, I get hung up on. finally after using 3 different phones I get an answer and am told the tech cant do the job because he doesnt have the key. Call a different company, thier tech calls me, its the same number. He comes out and does the service for a lower price. This place is a scam ..
Called and was quoted a price, waited 30 min and called back to see when I could expect technician. Person started hanging up on me. I called from a different number, she answered, realized it was me and hung up. Why be a 24 hour service if you pick and choose the people you want to help.
He came from near Tampa I believe to Dunedin, but got there a few minutes less than the half hour we were told to expect, was incredibly courteous and got the door unlocked. Very happy with the service!
