No words could accurately describe this law firm. They take advantage of people and charge enormous fees for forgotten association dues, most never even received a bill, or misplaced it by mistake. They even liened people's property during the COVID 19 moratorium. Just revolting! It is ultimately the individual Associations that are responsible for supporting this type of law firm. Be very careful when you move into any neighborhood that is run by an HOA and investigate what exactly the fees cover, When exactly they are due and how they handle collection of dues. It is vital that you gather this information before you sign on the dotted line!

If I could give a zero I would. My late husband passed away, he always took care of the finances. We we’re both on the deed. The HOA sent the notices to my late husband so I never received them. I was never legally notified. Then I get a certified letter saying these people are going to put a lien on my home. I called and called, left messages and no one called me back. They purposely did this so time could pass and they could put a lien on my home and charge their fees. Because if they answered I could’ve just paid over the phone. I finally called my HOA to try to pay through their office and explain the situation, they felt horrible but couldn’t help as this was now being handled by these attorneys. My HOA lady gave me a direct number to the office so I called to clarify the misunderstanding that they had sent all of their correspondence to my late husband so I never received them. The young man didn’t care he was cold and rude. $180 HOA fee turned into almost $2,000, thank you for taking my children’s social security survivors benefits away. These people are absolutely heartless! Financial entrapment at its finest.nnResponse: the address was never the problem. The problem is you were attempting to collect a debt from a deceased person. You never reached out to me as a legal homeowner.
