I would recommend not hire Dan or this law firm. You can see from the reviews above they are not highly rated. If so many people liked what he did on the other side then they would leave reviews. They give bad advice to the HOA boards so they HOA ends up in litigation and the only one that wins is them and their bank account. Please pull all of their court records and you will see for yourself.

1.0 star ratingn3/10/2019nnThis law firm is a joke, the attorneys are scam artists and incompetent. They are a liability to your Association because they will provide ill advice that is contrary to the Florida Statutes. They have cost our Association so much money in legal fees because they refuse to provide sound advice in order for the Association to comply with the law. This will put your Association at risk too cost owners money in legal fees to fight DBPR complaints, Arbitration cases, and civil cases. They will charge your Association thousands of dollars, but then when it comes time to fight in front of a judge or an arbitrator, they will not be prepared. They won't be familiar with the details of your case, because it's not the best direction they have to offer but rather the direction that will make them the most money and cost your Association as well. Pay special attention if you are dealing with Greenberg and Nikoloff because that's when you can expect amateur hour. If you have any crooked board members, these guys will flock to them, probably for no other reason than the $$$ that can be made with crooks.
