I had a friend visit from another state. This person was 75 years old. Upon unpacking, they discovered that they had not packed their diabetic syringes. They panicked. This was 8 o'clock at night. We went to CVS on Silvernail and explained the situation to the Pharmacist. They were very gracious and understanding, and gave our visitor some syringes to get them thru the night so that we could get the situation sorted the next day. They refused to let us pay for the syringes. That is the kind of care and consideration that has long since disappeared. Do you think we are a loyal customers now?nnFor you people writing negative reviews - get a life. These people deal with sick, and often nasty customers all day every day - and you were probably one of them. In customer service, you can only be pleasant so long while people take their frustrations out on you and treat you as if you are a punching bag. They are human beings, treat them like you'd like to be treated. Everybody has bad days. Even you.

The wait time in the drive through is horrible and excessive. It has become so inefficient to pick up prescriptions because they are spending all their time doing covid testing. CVS should not have taken that on without additional staff and a better system at the drive through. I’m thinking of having my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy

The slowest operating pharmacy i think I've ever experienced. Drive thru is the worst. One trip through it will easily take you 20 minutes, every time and that's before one lane has been reserved for covid 19 testing. Other than that its been pleasant

I should have read the earlier reviews. I have been a longtime CVS customer at a different location - this pharmacy is a nightmare. Incredibly rude and unhelpful pharmacists. I finally took my issue to Walgreens down the street, and they were more than willing to work with my insurance company and doctor to resolve the problem the SAME DAY. I don’t know why this wasn’t possible at CVS, but they just weren’t willing to try. The CVS pharmacist curtly told me on the phone “I don’t have time to help you with this.” Ok then. Glad there are other options nearby that understand and value customer service!

I picked up a new prescription, and the pharmacist did not offer a consultation. And, they had to order a second prescription, said it would be in the next day. I called two days later to make sure it was in, and it still wasn’t in. Their response is that it would be in tomorrow.nnEdit: After I posted this review, they managed to “lose” one of my prescriptions. Beware of this location.
