Been there many times over the years. Gave benefit of doubt. Arrived at 4:32pm and waited 40 minutes with 9 empty chairs and one stylist. Greeted me with “do you want a haircut?” I said of course. Sat in chair waiting for 40 minutes and then when excepted next had the audacity to say it will be another 40 minutes. I lost it and he even said I want respect. The owner should fire him on spot and have ample staff. He could have not wasted my time with no one in the store.
Jen is the best barber in the shop hands down. I drive 45 min to see her

The place was a little on the disorganized side.....but the barbers all took a lot of time with each customer. I mean a lot. It is a far cry from the cut and kick haircut factories you are used too. Beyond some disorganization...and what i mean by that is a reception area with nobody there except some random equipment and papers...the place was clean, the barbers were exceptionally attentive, and the price was fair.
