I’ve been going to Joe for about a year, 2 - 1/2 hour sessions a week. I have never had such a well rounded trainer. He is very attentive to form. Adjusts my workout to any problems I am having. He also shares his education and expertise, often recommending info on the computer. I have lost 15 pounds And in the best shape ever. I am 5’8 and weigh 133 lbs. thanks Joe

I highly recommend Training 4 Fitness.nnSince my initial orientation with Joe he heard my needs; why I needed a personal trainer and what my goals are.nnI have accountability issues when it comes to exercise, hence I realized I needed a trainer that just doesn't let me off the hook easily and doesn't make me do routine workouts.nnWorkouts are never boring. Joe manages to keep my mind busy and 60 Minutes fly by. He also gives his clients his undivided attention.nnI love working out at Training 4 Fitness, It doesn't even smell like a gym.nnIf you are looking for a personal trainer that actual cares about health/wellness/fitness and their clients. Look no further. I am very lucky to have found them. A hidden gem for sure, and I will hope to continue my personal training adventure with them..

Training with Joe at Training 4 Fitness has made a huge difference in my life………as a senior citizen growing up in an era where exercising was not something that the average woman did as a daily routine. When I first started, over 1 1/2 years ago, working out 3 days a week was a chore that I did not look forward to doing. Now, I see the benefits of exercising. With Joe’s patience, knowledge of personal training and keeping me focused, there has been major improvements in my personal well-being. One significant improvement was to my bone density. I no longer need to take supplements to prevent osteoporosis. Additionally, I have increased strength, endurance and balance which are very important as one ages. I have always focused on my weight. It was always a losing battle. But with Joe’s guidance by having me stay focused on workouts and diet advice, I dropped two dress sizes.

After retiring, I found my weight creeping up and my flexiblity and energy level slipping.nMy wife, already a client, recommended that I meet with Jeff at Fitness4Training. Jeff and I decided that “one on one “ 30 minute sessions twice a week would be a good start. Jeff customized a program for me specifically to fit my goals of increased movement. After 3 months, I am now more agile, have much more energy and actually enjoy going to the gym.nI highly recommend Jeff and the team at Fitness4Training.

BIG THANK YOU to Joe Altamura for his outstanding knowledge of Fitness, Diet,and Athletics. Joe is a Professional Trainer, that practices what he preaches. He helped me beat my previous 140.6 Ironman Triathlon clock time of 14:00:47 , down to a 12:38:17 clock time./////// Thanks Joe, from Patrick
