My wife and I joined Evovle Fitness over a year ago and couldn’t speak highly enough about them. There is truly a family environment within the members and you’re always with coaches that care about you as an individual. They will help you meet your goals from fitness, to diet, to everything in between for your overall health

CrossFit Manta Ray is AWESOME. I started with the six week challenge (which i finished) This challenge altered my bad behaviors. I went from eating horrible to eating healthy, drinking no water to drinking plenty, sleeping 4-5 hours to sleeping 7. The challenge helped me stay focus and consistent with working out. It helped me lose weight and have more energy. The workouts are a lot of FUN and the staff is amazing. The coaches are knowledgeable and they take the time to ensure everyone have good form during exercise movements. The gym members are nice and encouraging. Its a great place to be for any fitness level. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME.

I enrolled in the 6 week challenge because, as I put on my enrollment form, I needed the kick in the butt. I got exactly what I needed. I feel I had a very successful 6 weeks, with the coaches at CrossFit Manta Ray playing a huge role in that success. The first morning I walked in the door, I was greeted by not only the staff, but by other athletes as well. This carried through every visit. The classes are set up with various tiers/exercises, based on your fitness level and abilities. On top of that, the coaches are quite active, quick to give you feedback, correct your form, or adjust whatever is necessary to ensure that you are completing the exercises successfully and safely. The meal plan is relatively easy to follow, though I tended to fall into a rut and eat the same things over and over, but that was largely due to my own tendencies, and the fact that I was still making meals for my family at home, separate from what I was eating. I was not hungry during the 6 weeks. Following the meal plan provided enough food/nutrition where I did not feel like I was on a starvation diet. Having been relatively athletic in my younger days, it does feel good to work back towards that state of being, and I have the 6 week challenge and staff at CrossFit Manta Ray to thank for that! For the record, I am a 45 year old male, who lost just under 27 pounds during the challenge. I'm proof you don't have to be young and fit to embark on this type of journey!

I have been a member here since last year and love the gym! The coaches know what they are doing and will help you reach your goals. The people are great and make working out a lot of fun. Definitely recommend this gym!
