Awesome place to train with a variety of classes and excellent coaches! Great support from the trainers as well as fellow fitness peers. This gym is my home away from home. If you’re looking to crush your fitness goals and have fun doing it... this is your place!
I really enjoy it here. My dad started a few years ago and I started shortly after. I work one on one and have improved a lot and also do the classes. All the coaches are knowledgeable. Shawn and Roberto do the best classes. It’s super clean in here and a great family atmosphere.
I’ve been coming here for years and love all the classes. I do the skill set ones primarily with Coach Benny but have done the fitness classes as well. Everyone is great and definitely recommend
Since I’ve started going to this gym I’ve felt nothing but the infectious motivation and support from my fellow gym goers. I was never much for the gym, but I get my money’s worth here. I enjoy going so much! I highly recommend
New member and I couldn't be happier. The instructors are great and very helpful with new members getting used to how they run their classes. It's a clean, organized gym that doesn't smell like a locker room!
