Great experience with this storage facility. Excellent service!! Debbie is so personable and was very helpful with my needs when I checked in. She was also extremely accommodating when I needed to transfer to a bigger unit at the last minute. Could not recommend a better storage facility. Thank you so much!!

Jupiter Smart stop storage it is simply an amazing facility. The manager Debbie and assistant manager Kim are a pleasure to work with and they love their customers. We had several options for our storage locations but none came close to the level of customer service we received from Debbie. As she gave us a tour of one of her available units we could tell she enjoys her job and made us fell comfortable with the facility, so we quickly acquired the unit. Not only is it a storage unit, but it has a updated bathroom and store front entrance with an office. I have never seen a storage facility this modern and in the perfect location.

Debbie was extremely personable during our initial interaction. She was able to answer any and all of our questions prior to deciding to reserve and rent the parking space. My wife and I are very happy to have found this location to meet our storage needs. That said, I would definitely recommend this location.

The process to rent a space was quick and smooth. Kim who assisted us was a delight. Great attitude and extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I set up a hold on a unit online. I received a call from Debbie the next morning letting me know, she received my reservation. Debbie is the most professional person I have spoken to in a long time. Her professionalism and first months discount is what swayed me to use SmartStop. I was also impressed with how clean everything was. This includes the unit I am renting.
