I was in requesting information a few days ago and spoke to the Manager Kristine. She was very friendly. You’ve got a gem. She has great customer service skills and had an answer for every question that I asked. I left having every question answered and will definitely rent from her when I am ready to get the unit

My family and i have been storing at Public Storage for a long time. Kristine is amazing She keeps the place so beautiful and the property is always clean and well lit at night. Kristine really is one of a kind, incredibly person with such a big heart.

Kristine was extremely helpful and went above and beyond her job description. Being a handicapped individual, she helped clean out the unit, placed the damp check I purchased in the store as well as help unpack my items from my vehicle.nMoreover, she took the time and effort to call me to tell me I did not place the lock in correct slot and even WD/40d the latch.nI would recommend this facility without hesitation to anyone in need of a storage unit.nDanny Abrams
