Please refrain from sending your child here. Lighthouse Elementary/ Beacon Cove is a FAR better choice. Take it from one of the students who suffered through it.

My experience at Jerry Thomas Elementary school has been unfortunate. The principal there a MS Wark, is a little Hitler and thinks she rules the world. Her tone is nasty to adults and she talks down to the children. The staff there are substandard, and when this is called to the attention of their superiors, there is a typical governmental agency response. Be ware of JTE. Their goal has nothing to do with the best interest of your child.

This school is horendous. The new princle is not there very often and they switched all the childrens teachers in the beginning of the year after assigning them teachers already. Majority of the staff isn't trained properly including nurses and my child has had problems with neglect and lack of supervision since the beginning of the year. Im very disappointed in overall quality with this school. I don't trust that the staff's supervision. Not to mention the teacher withholding information about when my child gets hurt or even writing an incident report.
