I stayed in this place for 8 months, we where constantly harassed by Bald maintenance man. Place is littered with Cockroaches in the sand and ROACHES WILL GET INSIDE YOUR TRAILER. My trailer was never infested with roaches until I landed in this place. The dumpsters are always full and have even been removed for 3 days. The pool is Cracking Apart and the Tiles are falling off the pool. Ambulances / PD Frequent the park. The people who permanently live here look down on the people that don’t own there lots and just stay for a few days. I’d rather be homeless then stay here again.

First I would like to say, that the individual that answered the phone was so professional and right off the bat made me feel so welcomed. Once we arrived, we were met by the staff who help me back my RV since I’m not the best at backing such a big rig and I was able to do it in one shot...He showed me where all the hookups were and also proceeded to tell me about all the other amenities were located...We stayed for a week and I must say it was so enjoyable and pleasant stay...Like I stated before (Bebe and David) the staff were the first to greet us and made us feel so welcoming...Thank you so much you guys are a credit to the park
