Nice employees.nNice residents and visitors.nCleanest pool we've seen in Florida.nClean and inexpensive laundry facility.n*Currently renovating 2nd laundry & bathhouse.nLots of dumpsters.nLots of places to walk your dog including by a pond.nConveniently located.nSpaces are kind of close, as most RV parks are, especially in areas where real estate is expensive.nPlenty of trees and bushes.nLighting is good without being offensive.n*As it is a Sun RV Resort, it is pricey. Also, only RVIA Certified RVs allowed*

We booked a site for 3 nights and came in after dark the first night - we set up quickly and quietly, when we got up the next morning and saw how clean and well kept the property was, how nice all the facilities were, we were very impressed
