Mr. Copeland was very patient, knowledgeable, kind and responsive and I was very pleased with the outcome of my case. The firm went above and beyond to help me.nnThe staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Someone answered the phone everytime that I called. I can't say enough good things about the firm but as a whole they were a pleasure to work for and it relieved a lot of stress for me knowing that they were doing such a great job.nnOh!
