Where do I start? Charlie has been friends with my parents for close to 45 years. When my father passed in 2009 I called him to handle the estate. It’s now 2021 and we are still cleaning up the mess he created. He took my money,had me sign papers,then never filed them with the courthouse.He has taken thousands of dollars from us and not done any of the work or only done it halfway. And on top of that we used him to do title work on the house my father left me that he didn’t do! I’m now using a different title company and they have tried reaching him to no avail. I honestly don’t know why he’d operate like this and basically steal from people but it’s disgusting. Don’t use this guy!! I cannot tell you how many emails and calls have gone unanswered in the last year. With the money I’ve wasted I wish I’d just gone to a reputable attorney. Buyer beware.

Charlie Burns Esq has been a part of our family for 5 yrs. When my father passed he took care of his Estate. Naturally when my Husband passed I turned to him, what a big mistake.
