I had such a great experience at Rose and Rae! From the second I met Jade, I could tell she understood what I wanted and made me feel comfortable letting her use her artistic excellence to complete the look I was going for. She is easy going and so personable, makes you feel like you’ve been friends for years! I absolutely love my hair, and for the first time in years I can honestly say I am happy with my hair! Kat, her assistant is fantastic and just completes the experience that you get at this salon! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Thank you again ladies, you have a new client for life!

Love love love Rose & Rae! Jade is an amazing hair colorist and her ability and talent are top notch! I trust her completely with my hair! That’s not easy to say about most colorist! I recommend her 10000%

Omg love this place!!! Love jade! Moving here from NY|Nj my whole life I never thought anyone could beat my stylist.... but Jade is better!!! She is amazing with hair and color and extensions!!! She has changed my life - I feel like a celebrity with my new hair!! Never had extensions... now I can’t live with out them!! People do not even know I have them in! Her color is on point too!!! And best hair cut I ever had! Couldn’t be happier since she started doing my hair 15 months ago

I went to Jade and Nicole a few times. I was happy with my hair. Then she completely flaked on me, didn’t answer messages to make an appointment and closed the Jupiter location without notifying customers. I finally scheduled an appointment online for New Year’s Day (one last try) at the new location in Wellington at 9am, drove from Jupiter to Wellington AND SHE NEVER SHOWED UP! I have confirmation emails and texts from the online system. I waited 40 minutes, sent multiple texts and left Voicemails sent DMs and she never called me back or provided an explanation. I seriously thought something might have happened UNTIL I saw new posts on Instagram. Highly unprofessional.
