The electrician who came to do a 10 min job was beyond unprofessional. Would not recommend. Also felt as though we were over charged for the simple task.nnFrancis, who took our call and scheduled tech was very helpful and organized.

AAA Appliance Service determined that my oven’s issue was a defective power breaker. I called Bill Gilbert and they sent an electrician who quickly replaced the defective part.nnI would not hesitate to call on them again.

I was recommended to Bill Gilbert after two or three different electricians either couldn't come out or didn't come out, and I'm glad I called. They came out right away, spent about an hour diagnosing and fixing my problem. They even educated me on how to prevent the problem in the future and gave me some advice for doing my own wiring, which I really appreciated. Best of all, no stick shock - the price I paid was vert fair and reasonable. Will be using again in the future for all my needs. Thank you!

They had come to fix a couple of my GFI‘s. They showed up 20-minutes late and we’re here for 1 hour and 22 minutes and handed me a bill for two hours. When I pointed this discrepancy out, they did immediately change it to an hour and a half. I chalked that problem to just confusion and let it go.nnI kept losing electricity after their visit and when I called FPL, they had informed me that there were no outages in my area during that time. So I called Bill Gilbert back to resolve this issue. They promptly returned and gave me a bill for an hour of work even though they were here for 15 minutes.nnI called the company and informed them that I viewed the second visit as a visit to correct the problem they created during their first visit. The gentleman I spoke to, was nice enough to waive the charge.nnBut the fact remains that they incorrectly billed me for two hours the first time and tried to bill me for another hour even though they were here for 15-minutes to correct the problem they may have created doing their first visit.nnI used to like this company a lot but since the change of ownership a few years ago, I believe things are not the same. I am disappointed.n*****************nUpdated on 8-7-20: The owner called and conveyed his apology and mentioned that it was an error and not an intentional overcharging issue with the employee. I have updated this review and increase the star rating from 1 to 3 stars.

These guys were excellent. They were on time, respectful, and they did beautiful work. Communication with their office was also awesome as they always responded within 24 hours. I would highly recommend using them.
