They took away the menu from the window, which was convenient for people driving up and ordering curbside. I spoke with the manager, Jose, who said curbside service slows them down. Jose said they'll still do curbside if requested but want people come inside because that's more convenient for the staff. Seems to me this business doesn't really care much about customers who are trying to take extra safety precautions.

Absolutely dreadful handling of the pandemic protocols in this location. Only one of the 7 or so staff were wearing masks. Social distancing signage and a splash guard by the register were nice, but these poor workers are all shoulder-to-shoulder in here.nnPandemic aside, the service is generally speedy and accurate. I have yet to have an issue with the service or employees. It’s a shame they aren't employing better safety practices at the moment.

Great subs & short wait for your order. Get the app and get deals. The app also let's you customize your sub - before the app I didn't know there were so many add ons that were free and other ones that do cost you.

Staff that prepares your food and rings up your order doesn't wear PPE. That is correct, the manager told us the owner doesn't require it so no masks. Terrible disregard for everyone's health. We left without ordering and went to Subway. Rediculous and abhorrent. Covid is racing and this owner decided to disregard everyone's wellbeing. Very sad.
