I have all good things to say about this facility and staff. I've been a customer on and off over 10 yeas or so. Recently I rented a storage and there was an issue with billing. Donna identified the issue and quickly resolved it expeditiously. It is rare to find someone so happy and intelligent who truly is so customer and service oriented. Thank you Donna Public Storage is lucky to have you. One happy customer. :)

I went with my friend to pay her bill and by the time we left we were smiling, laughing and felt good. Donna the manager found her account with no problem. She was professional and courteous and funny. Public Storage is lucky to have her.
I just rented a 5x5 indoor climate controlled unit at this facility and I was very pleased with both the price and the property in general. I am paying significantly less than both outdoor 5x5 spaces I have had with this company in Miami so really happy about that! I’m in bldg 2 and it is immaculate. Donna was very courteous and friendly and got me set up and move in ready in less than 20 minutes on a walk-In. Would 10/10 recommend!!!
Donna is the absolute best. She is so helpful, so cheerful and an absolute pleasure. I could not have had a better experience and will highly recommend anyone to rent a storage unit here.
