Always clean always high energy and the workout never disappoints. If i was left on my own to workout it would never happen. Also seeing what effort you put into the hour really helps keep my motivated to come back!
Love the variety! Challenging the heart and the body everyday in a new way! The staff is welcoming and encouraging! Would highly recommend you try a free class!
The staff is friendly. The gym is clean and worry free. It is wonderful to work out in this facility. They even offer direction from training experts to first-time guests. Five-stars all the way!
The cleanliness of the studio is just as incredible as the staff and the workout. I love getting my sweat on. It makes me a better mom, better person and I am in better shape than I was in my 20's! Thanks OTF Delafield!
