If you ever find yourself in need of a team of caring and professional people look no further. Monica Morales was my Paralegal she was fantastic. Monica kept me updated and informed about my mother's case. The entire team worked hard to make thing easy for me and my family during these trying times. I could not have ask for a better out come or better service. If there was a 10 star rating I would give them a 10.

When my mothers illness became worse my brother and I knew we had to get legal advice immediately. My mother is 71 and we had so many questions and finding legal information on elderly care was confusing on the internet. A friend recommended me to call Elder Law PA. Making that phone call was our saving grace, I explained our family’s situation with a paralegal professional and finally we were getting the answers we needed. It was worth every dollar I spent using their legal services. I was able to setup power of attorney, health surrogate and apply for Medicaid for my mother. I worked specifically with Janet Martinez and her caring heart through out the entire process. Janets expertise was outstanding and all the knowledge she has on elder law care and Medicaid is impressive. Janet is very professional and is human, she was there when I needed a person to speak to and genuinely cared about our situation. I appreciate all that Elder Law did to help our family through a very difficult time in our lives.nThank you Janet!

I highly recommend that you contact Elder Law If you need assistance obtaining Medicaid or VA benefits for your elderly parents. I used them to assist with getting my Dad his VA pension and also getting him on Medicaid when he needed it. I used them again to assist with getting my Mom on Medicaid when she needed it. Both of my parents have since passed on and I recently spoke to Ryan again in regards to what I needed to do to work through the probate process. He is so knowledgeable and professional in all elder law topics and he answered all of my questions and left me confident that I can do what I need to do to complete the probate process for my Mom’s estate. Having to go through trying to take care of your parents affairs can be overwhelming. Thanks to Elder Law this wasn't the case. From beginning to end they make you feel like family & handle everything professionally, but with compassion & caring. From Shira who's always willing to assist & directing my call to Vivian starting me on the right path to Janet who handled everything from legal issues, paperwork & numerous phone calls going over the same things more then once until I truly understood & everyone else who answered my calls to direct me to them I was treated with respect, dignity & true compassion. Their knowledge & willingness to help made this trying ordeal a lot less stressful. No matter how many times you call they're always there to answer whatever questions you may have even once the process is done. I would highly recommend Elder Law, P.A. & will definitely use them again for all legal matters!
