I sat in the chair and told the stylist (I am using the term loosely) to please trim around my ears but leave the hair towards my face longer because I wear glasses. She used her scissors to immediately CHOP off the hair I just asked her to leave longer. Dong, the woman with the scissors gave me the worst haircut I ever got. DO NOT USE THIS GREAT CLIPS! Put your hair in your lawn mower first. I am beside myself!Does not even deserve one star The location I went to was Boynton Plaza next to Publix
I brought a picture of the haircut that I wanted. The haircut I received looks nothing like the picture. I will not be back.nTo be fair, the company reached out to me for a free haircut and to try to make things better. I won't let them touch my hair again. Sorry Great Clips
Walked in to make appt, warmly greeted by Casey and said I could have my hair cut today if I wanted to wait 10 minutes. Within 5 minutes, was again greeted by Silma. I told her what I wanted, showed pix and she is the Best! She listens , takes time and was maybe my best cut in years. I’ll be back to see Silma in a few months. I asked for a haircut and the woman who cut my hair did another thing.nDuring the cut she answered the phone many times, talked to other people and paid no attention to me.nShe cut 8 ”out of my hair and did a horrible job, each part is a different size.
