Completely ruined my hair cut. No manners. Make you feel unwanted. The heat of all the styling tools makes the salon hard to breathe in. I had a funny feeling when I went there, but I wanted to find a place that cuts curly hair. Unless forced, I will not ever go there. Yes the prices are cheap, but the lack of communication and failure to acknowledge people aren't worth it. Spend more and find the right person. You end up doing it anyway when you let the wrong person do it and have to find someone to correct it. I love my hair, since it's the best it has ever been, so it's heartbreaking to me when I see it looking like the planet Saturn.
The best place I ever get my hair done the lady take good care of my hair ,they where so nice with me,she use good products on my hair that helps em growths and she don’t take long it was amazing ud83dude3bud83dude0dud83dude18ud83eudd70ud83dude0d
If I could give this place two ZEROS I would. Called to make an appointment for Xmas eve and offered to come earlier not to be of inconvenience. The lady on the phone was extremely polite. I showed up for my appointment, on time, while the receptionist was calling someone to come early and when she hung up to check for my appointment told me that yes I have an appt but they are taking walk-ins and couldn’t get to me. EXCUSE ME! Please tell me when did walk-ins come before a scheduled appointment. I will NEVER return or refer business to this salon. Worse customer service ever!
This was my first time and I called and make an appointment for same day and they were able to accommodate me. I normally don’t sit under the dryer but I did this time and it wasn’t that bad lol. Overall my hair is nice and silky and I will definitely be back. Thank you ud83dude0a
