Very unpleasant experience!!! The the owner was very rude and short over the phone!nI first called her to let her know about potential items high-end and she acted like she didn't want to hear about it until she realized I wasn't BSing..she finally took the time to look at my items and acted like she was doing me a favor.. she stated she would call me in a week, but never called..nWhen I call to check on set items again very unpleasant on the phone. She proceeded to tell me she'll call me when they sell and not to bother calling her!...nnThis is extremely unprofessional and sad.

This was a great find for high end items at a fair price. The staff was lovely and very helpful. This is a must stop in if your in the Lake Worth Beach area and looking for a nice outfit or a pair of shoes or purse for a night out.

After I complimented her merchandise, the owner responded by saying that she didn’t have anything in my size (which is a 10 and there were many things in my size) and proceeded to insult my intelligence by explaining that European designer items run small. Perhaps it’s a generational issue, but I don’t understand this type of sales person who is rude to a customer who is being respectful of the space and their wares.
