I mean it’s Starbucks. So going off of that alone and leaving Starbucks pros and cons out of it, I’ll base this review off of service and this one has great service. Mobile pick up orders are pretty quick mostly very very rarely a 10+ minute wait but that’s probably because I order when I’m at the light right beside it.nnOnly real downside to this one is the drive through space often blocking the main plaza parking lot from even entering at all. It could use some more room for sure maybe merge the chase and Starbucks into their own section for better drive through space.
Love love the Starbucks at Hypo!! I wish I could attach pics so you could see the cute notes on my drinks and the smiles and hello's that make my day! Drinks are made with love and you can taste it!!
Great customer service but there's usually a big line of cars going to the drive-thru all the way from outside the parking lot.
At 2pm on a Sunday the drive through line was so long I couldn’t enter the parking lot. I parked nearby and walked in and waited over half an hour after placing my order for my one drink to be ready. This place is wildly understaffed and I can’t imagine how bad it is at peak hours.
annie is the sweetest and overall gives an exceptional experience and service. the banana bread is delicious and the store is clean. definitely a pleasant experience and i will be returning! send annie my love for me! thank you.
