This Family Dollar is a special one. I've shopped here for about three years now, the atmosphere of the store has changed. I'll keep sliding through there Lord Jesus Christ willing! The employees are nice and its a clean look for me, I like it when the line is moving! Love
I have been to this family dollar twice within the last week and each time I came here it has been a horrible experience. The first time we came here 1 employee was checking out and talking to the cashier employee for almost 10mins while another employee was just standing there talking as well. 3 employees holding up the line. 2nd time here the cashier was rude. All the isles are full with everything in your way. I’ll definitely travel out of my way to another store before I come here again.
Worst store in palm beach, absolutely heartbreaking. Will keep my money when, your entire county is passing out masks! THIS STORE CHARGES FOR MASKS THEY HAVE TO HAND OUT! the reps. Of this county need to get with the program and hold this store accountable, not everything is about money! So will be calling many more people on this crackpot representation of family dollar! Management has failed their county!
Unfortunately the manager at that location she's not professional at all.They dont know what's customer service is .Not nice
Family Dollar is a very nice store. The Customer service is very nice I'm very adamant about customer service.
