I have been a loyal Tires Plus customer for more than 20 years. Although the personnel are friendly, I feel that the service is slipping. Today, I took my vehicle in for a brake inspection due to some noise. I received a call stating that my pads and rotors were shot and needed to be replaced. I received a quote and then asked if they could do better on the price. The technician looked into the inquiry and then gave me a much lower price stating that my pads were replaced there previously and that they have a lifetime warranty. Why did I have to ask for a better price to find this out? This should be something that is shared proactively. I also had the oil changed. Before leaving, I noticed that the sticker was not replaced and that my oil indicator was not reset to 100%. This should be standard practice and not require a customer to ask for such things. Several months ago, my fiancé was told she needed a new battery. I had it checked at Batteries Plus and Farm and Fleet. Both said that the battery tested at 100%. Again, the personnel is friendly; however, the level of service has not met what I consider basic expectations.

Ray was outstanding! Friendly, helpful, and patient answering my questions. I had some concerns about my painted rims. He was 100% honest that due to how the machine grabs it could cause a crack or chip. He then recommended a location that did touchless. I decided to proceed anyway. There was one small chip but this was totally my decision and I feel the staff was as careful as possible. My only complaint was the wrong size tire was ordered which increased the wait time. My husband drove as well so I didn't have to wait in store but no one called to inform me of the extended wait. I had to call after 2 hours to find this out. It was supposed to take an hour and a half, it took about 3. I didn't mind the wait but wish I was informed so we could have wasted some more time shopping rather than hanging out in the parking lot of Tires Plus.

Thank you, Tires Plus! The car needed new tires, oil change, and a general check up (offered for $9.99). We were helped by Ray who was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He explained the improvements done to the car and efficiently managed the store front, showing the same impressive service to all costumers. Highly recommend!
