When my card got declined Derril payed for my food . I have had many great experiences with Derril and this is my favorite Mcdonalds. I will definitely be coming back many more times .

15 of the last 20 orders I've made here came out wrong, and I had to wait 10+ minutes to recieve them. I can understand a rush, but after working there I know what their screens inside look like. I specifically have ordered items that don't come with cheese and they always come with cheese. If it does not specifically say its a cheese item or to add cheese, DO NOT ADD CHEESE! The sausage and egg biscuit does not come with cheese. That is why there is a different menu item called the sausage egg and cheese biscuit. They have different labels on the menu and different labels on the screens inside. If you literally can't take a 10th of a second to read, you don't deserve even minimum wage, you deserve a disability check.

The Family and I went to eat here while out shopping, half of the items we received from the Drive-Thru were missing straws, One of the mcnuggets was filled with fries, and we got a burger instead of a coke. I recommend trying a different restaurant until they deal with the situation.

Darryl Bayne is one of the best employees that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with at a McDonald's. I do my fair share of traveling, and have never had a better experience then when dealing with him. He was so kind and friendly, and he always kept me smiling. I will definitely make it a point to stop at this McDonald's whenever I pass through.
