My second negative experience at associate bank summit in a row. The first was cashing a check to my wife that she signed and then I signed. I was given flack about her needing to rewrite it out to me on the back. That has never even been questioned before at any bank I’ve done business with. The second was today when I came in to open sub accounts off my savings. Was told this had to go through the baker and I could sit down and wait and I’d get an estimate of the time shortly. I waited in silence for 10 minutes with no update. I walked out after the ten minutes

There were two bad tellers. Nancy was really mean and stern, and Bev was really, really slow. Was at the bank for literally 2 hours to cash 40 bonds...
