I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star! I have to send my rent check to them every month and they ripped the important numbers off it when opening the envelope. They won’t own up to their mistake! So I have to pay an $18 fee from MoneyGram to get a replacement that they should have to pay as it was entirely their fault! Terrible customer service! It took them well over 2 weeks for them to send it back to me so I could request a new one. My landlord figured I just wasn’t paying rent and sent out a 5 day notice of pay or be kicked out! This caused me undue stress on my family and I! Please choose to bank somewhere else!
