When our ATT router was replaced we lost access to our security cameras and other smart home devices . Jim gave assistance via text and in person to help restore everything. He was responsive , polite , patient and above all knowledgeable.nI wouldn’t hesitate to use Comet Electric for all our Smart home/ security issues.
I built a new home and used comet to do Control 4 smart home. Miro was my sales rep and Jim was my installer. They’re both great. Jim spent literally days in my home getting everything fine tuned. He’s so knowledgable and personable. He made the system do things I didn’t even know it could and he made it look so easy. If you’re working with Comet, make sure to request Jim for the install/setup. You can’t go wrong.

Comet did a great job installing a panel, wiring and adding light fixtures and fans in my barn a few years ago. So they were the first call I made for a panel upgrade and install of an electric vehicle charging station at my house. I got other quotes, and Comet came in with a competitive price. Given my past experience with them, I knew they’d do a great job. And they did!
We moved into a new house last month and purchased several pieces of equipment to improve our audio and internet system throughout the house. One of the employees for Comet, Tracy, walked us through the entire process from beginning to end. We can't thank him enough. Great customer service.
