CALLED TODAY 11/23/20 REACHED FAMILIAR TECH, EXPLAINED ISSUE, MARY TOOK CARE OF IT IN LESS THEN A MINUTE, SUPER PERSON, GREAT STAFF UPDATE CONTACTED PHARMACY MUNEERA, RELATED AN ISSUE ABOUT MEDS, SHE KNEW EXACTLY ABOUT THE MATTER, EXPLAINED CLEARLY THE PROCESS, SPOKE CLEARLY, WAS COURTEOUS, AND RRSOLVED GTHE MATTER, SUPER EMPLOYEE, HOPING THE MANAGER NOITIFIES HER OF THE SURVEY AND PLACE A COPY IN HER PERFSONELL FILE bill newell VALL WITH A MED QUESTION PETRA, A SUPER CVS PHARAMCY REPRESENTATIVE RESPONDED EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS RESOLVED THE ISSUE

The pharmacy at this location has terrible customer service and no one ever answers the phone!!, when my Doctor's office calls to authorize my prescription renewal, they can never get anyone on the phone!! So I try with the same result and end up having to stop by there personally everytime! this is just unacceptable!,my medicine is detrimental to my health so I'm going to have to do what's necessary to obtain it,but its pretty obvious that they could care less!.

Bad costumer services, waiting on the phone for more than 1 hr and never pick up or call back.ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21

Horrible service! As a providers office trying to assist a patient, over a 20 minute hold for a representative to answer. I’ve heard someone pick up over 6 times just to place on hold, not even a courtesy of saying hello or anything.
