If I could rate this location and pharmacist/ pharmacy staff less than one I would. Apparently rude, condescending, facetious Interaction with customers is tolerated. Their pharmacy gives you an option to have your prescriptions delivered, but doesn’t actually deliver them. When asked for an explanation, the pharmacy staff was extremely rude hung up the phone and did not provide a refund. I told the pharmacist about this situation and he turned a blind eye. Never coming here again!

Every months when I go to get my prescription they change & they want to say that no other cvs pharmacy. They want to change my prescription without advising me and advising me that I have to change it .

Not well stocked and customer service is extremely poor

The employee named Shannon that works in the pharmacy was extremely rude and nasty . I don't think she is a people person. She had me waiting for 40 minutes I had pressed the call button twice and she still ignored me . I would have understood if there were customers inside but there was no customers in the pharmacy area . I still can't believe how nasty she was .

Poor customer service in the pharmacy. They never answer the phone or check their voicemail for prescriptions sent by doctors. I waited for 5 weeks for a call back or any service on a medication and still can’t get any help.
