I gave never seen such bad service. One pickup line out of service for several months. Terrible service inside and out - ok for non-pharmacy things- but staff said management is cutting back. I will change pharmacies. Just noticed the other terrible reviews. In my opinion the state should have closed them down. Manager needs some training on customer service big time. Maybe they need a new area manager.

Tonight the Pharmacist at this location really took his time to ensure I received the medication. He called my insurance company for clarification and shortly called me again stating all was straightened out and I could pick up the medication.

The blonde manager was EXTREMELY RUDE to all the customers in the store if she hates her job that much she needs to find a new one.

The pharmacist Allen has no customer service skills. Stay clear of this pharmacy, unless you want to be treated poorly!! I called back to file a complaint and they kept picking up the phone and hanging up on me. I wish I could give them Zero Stars!

Absolutely horrible experience..rather than give me proper instructions on how to transfer my infant daughter’s prescription they gave me the run around. And when I asked for the pharmacist name she complained that I’m holding up the phones & hung up on me. Worse customer service ever!!!!! I will no longer fill my prescriptions here.
