I drink a mixed berry smoothie every day post workout. These things a are DELICIOUS! And Arran is one of the nicest guys ever. Go see him for smoothies after your workout ud83dudcaaud83cudffcud83dudcaaud83cudffc
The smoothies here are amazing! Arran is great and offers excellent customer service. I can't start my day without a Berry Blast or finish a tough workout without a Hank the Tank definitely a must-try!!
