My wife and I are very happy with what we saw in our moving in yesterday,first of all on Wednesday when I came in to inquire about storage I was greeted by a very nice individual who started asking questions about my storage needs I told her I was inquiring about a 10 x 15 size unit she showed me the unit and I was very impressed that it was climate control and the rent was within our price range, on Saturday the the day we moved in they stopped and asked us if we needed anything and showed us where the carts were and also mentioned if we needed anything cold to drink that there was cold water and soda available in the office which was eventually needed,also,while moving in I observed one of the owners with a tire pump inflating tires on the moving carts and that's what really impressed me. Thank you so much bench Mark for all you help.
This is an awesome storage place very well-thought-out and up-to-date facility. Good for the climate control of your household goods that need protection throughout the year!
Brand New Storage Facility in Lake Country! Very clean and secure with many different storage options. Easy drive-up/drive-in for quick, safe access to your stored goods. Staff is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend Benchmark Secured Storage!
Clean, easy access, good value for price
I recently rented a storage unit from Benchmark. I worked with both Annie and Al. They were extremely knowledgeable, polite and friendly. What a pleasure! The unit I rented was extremely clean and it was easy to access. I have used and worked with other storage companies. Benchmark is at the top of my list!
