Came here for cake pops specifically and there weren’t any which is find, i asked for a brownie, none either. I asked what they had she said everything else. I don’t eat there much so i asked what that meant, then a loud female voice named everything with an attitude. I found this funny and rude because I’m coming to get a coffee, not a shot of rudeness or sugar through the drive thru. First person was nice.

Spencer at the drive through window is so nice and provides such great service. He definitely deserves a raise!!!

They are closed. However I was still able to place an order through the app. I was able to get a refund by contacting Starbucks. I usually find the staff at this location very friendly.

Drive thru does get long and is an easy 20-30 minute wait but that's any Starbucks. If my drink is made correctly it tastes amazing otherwise no (Caramel iced coffee). Employees are nice. Inside is nice and clean.

So far not so good. I know this is a new location, but they really have to get it together. I’m pretty sure it’s the largest Starbucks location in Palm Beach and I’ve even gone inside and it’s never busy but the drive-through is always backed up. The girl didn’t know whether my drink was hot or cold even though I told her. After I waited almost 15 minutes in line and then I got to the window and had to wait even longer for her to remake my drink. Let’s not start the new year off like this Starbucks
