This gym is very clean, everyone one in staff is super welcoming and nice. The whole place feels like a big family. Since it’s a smaller gym i feel more comfortable working out and it’s easy to ask someone for help.
Incredible gym! I was new to CrossFit when I came in, yet everyone was very welcoming, willing to help, and Rob and the coaches are incredible. There's athletes of all abilities, beginner to elite, so anyone can find the right partners to push with. Amazing workouts, great community, highly recommend! The Hype is real.
