Focus functional fitness is not just a gym to me it’s a second home. I have been to a lot of different gyms but no gym can compare to Focus Functional Fitness. The staff and people at focus are like a family. I workout with my good friend Abbey Hilton who is part owner of focus , I always enjoy the vibe and the environment at focus during my workouts. Abbey, Todd and all the other staff really know what they are doing in either personal training or classes. I highly recommend focus functional fitness you will not regret it, it’s not just a place to go workout but it’s a second home and family.

This is not your typical gym. This is the gym where you get in the best shape of your life. The workouts are tough, but if you keep at it you will see amazing results. This place is exceptionally clean, tons of equipment and everyone supports and helps each other. The trainers are all amazing, nice and very supportive. I have been a member of a lot of different gyms, but nothing like the triple F. This gym is the next level in working out and living the best life you can. I coukd go on, but this is one amazing place to workout.

Love the community here!! I remember one of my first days, a few different people approached me asking me if it was my first time and took me under their wing as their workout partner! So cool! You’re in fitness for yourself, but never by yourself here!

Very knowledgeable group of trainers! I attend group workouts, they are all fun, challenging and different every time. I truly enjoy every bit of sweat and laughs!

This place is so much more than a well equipped gym, It’s a family. The group classes are great, accommodate every level of fitness.
