The best gym in Boca hands down. Incredibly friendly and homey atmosphere, lots of great equipment, and great trainers. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The classes are great, best teachers I've encountered in any facility. The entire atmosphere here is therapeutic, super friendly, encouraging, and there's always someone to assist when you need them.
After hearing my mom constantly telling me how great this gym was, I had to check it out. The concept and client interactions were like none I've seen before. My mom who has a few limitations due to back and knee pains finally is able to get an incredible, personalized work out that allows her to complete a work out without any pain and see tremendous results. I highly recommend this gym for people of all ages who want to see a change!!
First and foremost, yes 4U-Fitness is a wonderful place to train especially if your trainer is Sabrina. I knew I was at home when I first met Sabrina when I walked through the door last year. Sabrina has been wonderful and definitely one of the best trainers to work with at 4U-Fitness. She definitely cares about your health, your eating habits, and helping you achieve your goals. She definitely make sure I rise to the challenge and reached all my goals that we set. You rock and your the best!
