Maybe because I'm a man I don't know but I get uncomfortable everytime I shop here for my wife I totally understand the staff has to do their job and ask if you need help. But everytime I'm acknowledged by the staff I'm constantly stared at and watched over the entire time I am there to the point I've almost walked out a couple of times. I'm not sure if this location has had issues with men being here but it sucks to feel unwelcomed every time I've come here.
I love this store. They always are so nice and they also have great sales
Costumer service excellent, but merchandise was almost gone
Horrible customer service and rude employees. After an employee ripped up my 15$ off coupon, my store card wasn’t going through so I simply asked for the coupon back since I couldn’t make the purchase (not knowing she had ripped it up) once I spoke to the manager, that same employee had tried budding into our conversation trying to save herself. Either way, I didn’t get my coupon back.
