I have to say I am a big shopper in general. American Eagle is probably my favorite store. I have been shopping at Town Center for years!! Never have I been taken care of, recognized and treated so well as I have from Chris!!!! He knows his store. He knows his products. He is on top of all deals. He goes out of his way to make sure I get what need whether it be in the store or online. He makes you feel like he is your own personal shopper!! Too often people only post to complain. I thought I’d do the exact opposite. Thank you Chris for all that you do!!!!! It doesn’t go unnoticed.
Amazing staff! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Chris was a huge help dealing with my online order issue. He resolved the issue promptly and was such a pleasure to work with.
Lately, when I visited this store in Boca Mall ( American Eagle) there was very poor service, the manager named Chris was really unfriendly and had attitude because I came to return something.nFor now I am going to by only online! Even I am working close to this place.nWhat is different service between American Eagle an Aerie even the same company. Aerie’s employees was friendly and nice.
Everybody there was flying around getting it done. Store was clean everybody had on masks and were very polite. My wife and I where really impressed.n-We will definitely be back :)
I had such a great experience! I needed help finding a pair of jeans so Juliette helped me try and find a pair. She was SO nice and helpful, she went through every avenue to help me. This location should be proud to have an associate like her!!
